A workshop series for Secondary 1 to Secondary 5 students will be held to enhance their skills in conducting scientific research. Led by outstanding young scientists from YASHK, this workshop will focus on effective strategies for starting research projects and improving analytical, planning, organizing, and presentation skills.

To complete the workshop, students must attend two sessions of the Scientists' Sharings and participate in two HSRP competitions. An attendance certificate will be issued to those who meet these requirements.

In the preliminary round of the competition, contestants will have 1 minute to present. They should articulate the significance of sustainable development, showcase their understanding of the trends and advancements in this field, and address key challenges such as mitigating climate change, promoting renewable energy, conserving biodiversity, ensuring access to clean water, or the socio-economic influence of sustainable practices on global well-being.

The top 5 competitors, who have shown outstanding performance in the preliminary round, will progress to the final stage of the competition. The final round will take place on the same day of the HSRP Award Ceremony.
